Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Dubai Renovations website or send a renovation enquiry through it. Please read them before you make an enquiry. They were last updated on 15 September 2026.

What is Dubai Renovations?

Dubai Renovations is a renovation brand for homes in Dubai, and it is not a building contractor. It takes your enquiry through the chat, the enquiry form or WhatsApp, writes it up as a brief and introduces you to a partner contractor who takes on that kind of work. Dubai Renovations does not carry out renovation work, does not apply for approvals and is not a party to any contract for the work.

Who holds your renovation contract?

The partner contractor. Any quote, contract, payment, programme, warranty, approval or liability for the work is between you and the partner contractor who quotes it. Dubai Renovations does not take payment for the work. Before you sign, check that the company signing holds a trade licence covering the work, and read its terms for how payments are staged and how changes are priced. Sending an enquiry does not oblige you to accept any quote.

Are the guides professional advice?

No. The guides and service pages are general information about renovating in Dubai, written from the published sources linked under each section and checked on the date shown for that page. Community rules, authority procedures and laws can change after that date, and your property may follow a different route. Confirm what applies to your home with your community or building management, the relevant authority or a qualified professional before relying on it.

Are the published price ranges a quote?

No. Dubai Renovations does not set prices. The ranges in the kitchen and villa cost guides are published by Bestimate, a Dubai quote-comparison platform, and each is shown with the kind of job it describes. They are that publisher's figures, not a quote from Dubai Renovations or from any partner contractor. The price for your renovation is the written quote a partner contractor gives you after seeing the property.

Are the images photographs of real work?

No. Images on this site labelled Illustration are generated to show a kind of room or a step in the process. They are not photographs of completed work and do not show work by any partner contractor. A photograph of a partner's work would appear only with the partner's written permission, captioned as delivered by a partner contractor.

What about links to other websites?

Pages on this site link to other websites, such as government authorities, community managers, Bestimate, WhatsApp and Google. Those sites are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and Dubai Renovations does not control their content or keep it current. A link is there so you can read the source for yourself; it does not mean the linked organisation works with or endorses Dubai Renovations.

How can these terms change?

Dubai Renovations may update these terms as the site changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date in the introduction shows when it was last updated. For a question about these terms, ask through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
